The full day seminar hosted by AMSA and presented by Kevin Spealman, covers the ins and outs of doing business with the military and what must happen during the claims process.  The seminar will include information on settling military claims in DPS, legal principles as outlined in the 400NG and DOHA decisions, hands-on practice in claims settlement, and new, hot topics impacting military claims.
