If a claim gets setoff/deducted by the government and we did not handle originally, send it to us anyway.

If we can’t negotiate a refund on your behalf – there’s no charge. Otherwise, we keep half of the agreed upon refund amount. This is a true no brainer – if the MCO does not agree to a refund, it’s free!

Again, we will review and appeal your setoffs even if we didn’t handle the original claim.
