We’ll handle all negotiation with the customer, determine and arrange for any furniture repair estimates/inspections, do all DPS Claims Data Entry, and give you a settlement package “ready to mail” to your customer. We’ll also determine which agents are liable, and if you provide us with your charge back policies, we’ll determine the agent liability amounts.
When you get our final package, you’ll just have to put a check in the envelope and mail it.
You can send us just the DP3 claims you want us to do, or have us monitor DPS on your behalf and do them all – it’s your choice! Most importantly, the quality of our work is unmatched by the competition.
